As a Consultant in Governance & Project Assurance, you will support clients in strengthening governance structures, ensuring project compliance, and driving performance excellence. You will work across multiple industries, providing independent assurance and advisory services that safeguard outcomes and create value.
- Conduct project health checks, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Support implementation of governance frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate to embed accountability and resilience.
- 2–4 years’ experience in consulting, project assurance, or governance roles.
- Familiarity with COSO, ISO 31000, or PMO frameworks preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Analysts – Risk Monitoring & KPI Dashboards
As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights through risk monitoring and KPI dashboards. You will design and manage reporting solutions that enable clients to anticipate risks, monitor performance, and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards for project, risk, and operational performance.
- Perform risk data analysis and generate actionable insights.

- 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, risk management, or BI dashboards.

- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
- Assist stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption tracking.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and facilitate workshops.
- Monitor performance indicators and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, OD, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in change management, consulting, or process improvement.
